LAPD Retirement at CTD Motor Garage – Officer Wally Carr

Well ladies and gentlemen, we saluted one of Los Angeles Police Department’s Finest – Officer Wally Carr had his retirement celebration today during day watch hours at 6th and Wall in Downtown Los Angeles. 

I cut the onions “and yes I cried”.

You will be missed Wally – you were and still are awesome!
