Did I say Top Producer? Absolutely – Their systems have been a fantastic service to our clients. Whether they are interested in Real Estate Value in the Santa Clarita Valley or elsewhere, spanning four Boards of Realtors, they can rely on the Paris911 Market Snapshot Widgets.
These operate with their internal programming, draw the exact data directly from the Local Multiple listing service where “all” properties are listed for sale and are recorded as sold are housed. After about thirty minutes it compiles the data and then e-mails the person requesting. The best thing is that it is totally automated keeping the subscriber protected. Their data is only seen by my eyes and goes no where else.
We operate four independent market snapshots that all require user-names (The Paris911 Team) and our passwords to access the information directly from the local Board of Realtors. After the system generates the snapshot, I check to make sure the recipient received what they wanted. If there was a glitch, which rarely happens, or if the data somehow corrupted, I will re do the search on my end directly from the local board of Realtors as well. The point we with RE/MAX of Santa Clarita are trying to make is that I am all about Free Information. I want you to have the best and most accurate information from which to draw on to make your decisions.
