Asset Managers Contact US – We Know what you want!!!
I have been watching this market change from us representing the private sector with the purchase and sales of Real Estate. So we have kept a secure hold on those private folks that choose us to represent them in their Sales of Real Estate and their Buying. However, there is a new sheriff in town.
Paris911 at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and RE/MAX of Valencia is four boards of Realtors Strong - We operate and have a Footprint that is beyond comparison in and around the Metro Los Angeles Area. Headquartered in the Santa Clartia Valley – We have about a 40 mile radius where we assist our Asset Managers and Banks with the sales of their Foreclosures. We also operate with the private sector in that same sphere.
The Banks have assets to sell and Asset Managers that need to be helped with those assets. The Asset Managers need assistance and need to know that we are here. The most frustrating thing about dealing with so many Realtors is the sheer pompous nature in which some of the Top Producing Agents act as if they are the only game in town. So that attitude is reflected to the Asset Managers that are trying to get this asset sold for the most money and in the shortest amount of time possible.
I answer the phone, I answer e-mails, and not the next day either – We are on it as soon as it arrives. We are back on the phone or responding to the e-mails as soon as received. We do Verifications of Occupancy as soon as we get them. We do BPO’s in short order as well. We do any and all adjustments as needed and there is only one person to hold accountable and that is me, Connor MacIVOR. The assignment of blame starts and stops with me. I do not delegate blame as others do – I am it. So I make sure everything I produce has the Client in mind – and that includes Asset Managers with Large Financial Institutions that have given me responsibility with their assets to sell!!!
