Short Sale program will assist with the Short Sale Process
Here is a new program that will be coming out this April – a Short Sale program in which the owner of the home will be given some cash during the negotiation of the short sale.
Also – it would appear that all of the lenders, mainline and other, have been brought on line to keep themselves in line with the Government’s wishes.
There will also be an exclusion against the mortgage holder from going after the “distressed seller”. Which is better than what is in place now.
There are a lot of folks hurting out there – I am glad to see something that would appear will assist, at least in a temporary solution.
