Education is a very important marker with the Paris911 Team and fits well within our operational profile.  We strongly suggest each and every team member immerse themselves into some type of educational training with regard to the Real Estate Industry.

The difference is we have access, as full members, to four Boards of Realtors, so our familiarity with other areas surrounding the Los Angeles area far exceeds anyone else that conducts themselves within the Real Estate realm.  This includes – Re-Sale Teams, Procurement Teams and New Housing Representatives.  We are able to attract buyers and sellers from three other Geographical areas other than the “mother” board of Realtors, Southland Regional Association of Realtors.  We add, The Greater Los Angeles and Beverly Hills Board - The Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors and the Antelope Valley Board of Realtors.  Education is on a daily basis with The Paris911 Team at REMAX of Santa Clarita.   What has not been mentioned is our web-presence and how far reaching our “find-ability” is on the WWW.  The advantages are well known for sellers bringing buyers and for our buyers finding great opportunities.

However, one thing that is preached to the Paris911 Team, on a daily basis, has to do with customer service.  Anyone can sell a home, for the most part that is a true statement, but how well can they sell a home?  How can they best protect their client or clients?   How available, reachable, and connectible are they when it comes to explanations, disclosures, and the famous “what if” scenarios.
